Description: This webinar will cover requirements for large and small animal patient records in both paper and electronic formats, controlled drug record keeping, records destruction and transfer of records. We will introduce drug distribution forms and discuss documentation and reconciliation requirements. Participants will learn about labeling requirements for radiographs, prescriptions and repackaging.
